BikeWise & Run's workshop is kitted out with top quality tools and equipment from Park Tools including the super sturdy electric bike stand that can hold the heaviest e-bikes, to tools to suit the ever-expanding standards of bottom brackets, and i am Cytech certified.

I am a Bosch & Shimano certified repairer and have full Bosch e-bike diagnostic capabilities allowing us to diagnose faults, update software for the various components on the e-bike keeping your bike up to date, it also allows us to print off a full system report for the customer showing errors recorded and battery health. With the Shimano software we are able to look after your e-bike, again carry out fault diagnosis, software updates and full report print outs, it also allows us to do all of the above on the Shimano DI2 electronic gear shifting system.

We have an open plan workshop/showroom area so you can see how we work on bikes while you're in store and chat to the mechanic that completed your repair work. We repair everything from punctures to full bike strip down and re-builds.
