BikeWise & Run's workshop is kitted out with top quality tools and equipment from Park Tools including the super sturdy electric bike stand that can hold the heaviest e-bikes, to tools to suit the ever-expanding standards of bottom brackets, and I am Cytech certified.

I am a Bosch & Shimano certified repairer and have full Bosch e-bike diagnostic capabilities allowing us to diagnose faults, update software for the various components on the e-bike keeping your bike up to date, it also allows us to print off a full system report for the customer showing any errors recorded and the battery health. With the Shimano software I am able to look after your e-bike, again carry out fault diagnosis, software updates and full report print outs, it also allows me to do all of the above on the Shimano DI2 electronic gear shifting system.

We have an open plan workshop/showroom area so you can see bikes being serviced or repaired while and chatting. I repair everything from punctures to full bike strip down and re-builds.
